• Article 1: Preamble

These general terms and conditions apply exclusively between the website FEMMY GLAM and any person visiting or making a purchase via the website (hereinafter referred to as "You").

Users can view these terms on the FEMMY GLAM website. These terms may be modified at any time, and the terms in effect at the date of your order shall apply.

Any order placed on this website implies unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

• Article 2: Contract

2.1 Conditions to place an order

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable or have parental authorization to place an order.

All orders must correspond to normal household needs.

2.2 Order

After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming it and informing you of the shipment of your items.

• Article 3: Prices and Availability

Prices shown on the website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including VAT, excluding shipping and handling fees.

The price charged is the one indicated on the delivery note.

Orders are subject to stock availability. Product availability is indicated on each product page.

In case of unavailability, you may receive a partial order or request cancellation.

• Article 4: Delivery

After order confirmation, we commit to preparing and delivering or shipping the ordered products to the delivery address within the estimated time indicated on the website. Shipping fees start from 35 MAD before tax, and partial or full discounts may be offered based on order amount and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not a guarantee. Any delay of less than 7 business days does not allow the customer to cancel the order.

Failure to receive the delivery due to customer absence may incur additional fees for reshipping.

Upon receipt of goods, you must verify that the delivery matches your order (products and quantities) and that products are undamaged. If a product is damaged, refuse the delivery and inform us via registered mail within 5 days. Otherwise, products are considered accepted in good condition.

In case of package loss during transportation, the investigation period may vary from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the carrier.

Article 4.1: Right of Withdrawal

Products must be returned within 7 days, unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Administrative fees of 100 MAD and 15% restocking fees will apply for any returned order. We are never obliged to accept returns under any circumstances.

• Article 5: Payment

The price of products is payable in full using any payment method offered on the website at the time of order.

5.1 Electronic Payment

To pay by credit card, select the payment method available (Visa or MasterCard). The transaction is processed the day after order confirmation. Payments are secured via Maroc Telecommerce.

5.2 Proof of Payment

Data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce constitute proof of all transactions between you and us.

• Article 6: Retention of Ownership

Delivered goods remain our property until dispatched to the carrier once payment has been made.

• Article 7: Site Access License

We grant you a limited license to access and use the site for personal use only. Downloading or modifying any part of the site for commercial purposes is prohibited without our express written consent.

Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content is prohibited.

• Article 8: Personal Data Protection

  We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal data collected is treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of any dispute, the Commercial Court of Sale (SLA) has exclusive jurisdiction.

• Article 10: Liability

  We cannot be held liable for any damages, material or immaterial, resulting from misuse or malfunction of the products sold.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not extend to minor errors or omissions. In case of difficulties applying this contract, both parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action..
